Maryland Home and Garden Show
The Maryland Home and Garden Show runs each year from early to mid-March at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Md. The five-day event features plants, crafts and garden accessories for purchase from more than 125 local and national growers and artists. Professional landscapers are also on hand to showcase new building techniques, offer gardening strategies and answers questions.

South Bay Spring Home and Garden Show
The South Bay Spring Home and Garden Show is held each year in January and features exhibits and seminars led by local growers and certified home remodeling experts.
Held at the Santa Clara Convention Center, the Home and Garden Show also has food and wine tasting booths manned by local vineyards and restaurants. Show guests may purchase crafts and plants and discuss and request the services of local home builders/remodeling professionals.

Do not forget plenty of weeding and watering, reducing the amount by the end of the season.
